commuting an hour back and forth to work, my car repossessed, my home

applying the steps I am about to share with you...
So can you enjoy the same lifestyle?
Probably Not!
Because you don't have two things going for you.
One- You don't know the formula
Two - You most likely won't dedicate yourself to follow the formula to
have you business set up in the 30 days. Most people just don't, that
is exactly why on 1% of the population has all the wealth.
I can give you the formula. In fact that exactly what I am going to do

Ok enough logistics lets get into it...
It's a myth that making money is hard because it's not
there is a formula, I followed the formula and those were my results.
So if you follow the formula that I am about to share what do you think

Just to be clear when I say making money is easy I DON'T mean requires
no work because the truth is there no such thing as a do nothing get
rich overnight money making system.
That would be really cool though wouldn't it?
Although there are a lot of people out there that would have you
believe that they discovered some secret way of making money....
The only REAL secret is there are no secrets. Making money online is
nothing more than a simple formula you ready?
It looks like this: Create a product, create an automated system to
sell and deliver it, take care of your customers.
It sounds funny but it really is pretty much as simple as that. Watch I
will you show.
So to get started I am going to show you how to create a product.
This is were a lot of people put on the brakes because they think
creating a product is something they can't do they say stuff like
"It's to hard." "It takes too long" "I don't know enough to create a
product"
If any of that is you it's totally cool I was right there with you but
stick with me because
I am going to break all of those myths and show you how you can have
your very own product created in less that 2 weeks.
Let's get into it shall we?
Step One: Turn Your Passion Into Products...
Pick a topic that you would want to create and sell a product in. You
want this topic to be something that you are passionate about.
Something that you yourself love doing.
It is also important that people are hungry to buy products in this
topic. An easy way to figure this out is to answer the following
questions:
Are there other people successfully selling a products in that niche?
How much are they charging?
A great place to research this is clickbank
Some areas of life that are really important to look in are health,
finances, relationships and spirituality.
Step Two: Give The Gift Of Sleep
What is it about this area that keeps people up at night? What has them
so worried that they can't sleep?
If they could just get their hands on this one thing things would
really work out for them.
For example lets look at health health, if health is an important
area to someone one thing that might keep them up at night is not
knowing how to lose weight and keep it off permanently while being safe
at the same time.
If you followed the instructions in step one this should be really easy
because this is an area you are also passionate about so what keeps you
up at night?
So what is it that keeps your future customer up at night?
Stop and really answer that that question. Once you have an answer we
are going to create your product in a way that will allow your
customer to finally get some sleep at night.
You didn't know you were going to be making such a big difference for
people did you?
Ok let's move on...
Step Three: Become An Expert
This is were a lot of people get stuck. Mostly because they get the
word expert confused with something else. Like they think they have to
know more than everyone else on the topic.
In the world of creating and selling information products, expert
means that you know more about the topic than the person purchasing
your product. If you know 10% more than they do they will see you as an
expert on the topic.
So how do you ensure you know 10% more than they do? Simple
Goto Amazon and do a search for books on your topic .
Organize the search results by best selling
Buy the top three books or books on cd
Skim through them and take notes of the Major points.
Congrats you are now an expert in your field. At least that is all you
need to do for now. I expand more on this in my courses and coaching
but seriously this is all you need to know for now.
Simple right? So when are you doing to start doing this?
Step Four: Paint The Future A Winnable... The Timeline
This steps bridges the gap from where your future customer is now to
where they want to be and where they will be after they purchase your
project.
Creating a timeline and planing out each step that is required brings
what was just an idea or a dream into reality. It make it real and
achievable.
So here is what you want to do...
Create a timeline of where the person who purchases course are
currently and where they will be when they complete your course.
Work backwards and fill in each and every step that will have the be
taken for them to reach the end goal.
Step Four: Expand On That Future With An Outline
Using the timeline create an outline expanding how to complete each of
the steps in the timeline.
Organize your outline into modules and lessons.
Step Five: Product Assembly
Copy and paste you outline into a PowerPoint presentations for each of
your lessons. Use screen flow or camtasia to record each lesson.
Step Seven: Package It Up And Go Live
Upload your lessons to a delivery platform organized by modules and
lessons. The one I use is Kajabi because it handles everything from
start to finish.
It creates the web pages, manges your content, creates a log in for
people and a lot more.... you can find out everything it does later at
Kajabi but just know for now that it handles everything you need to
set up an online business... and it so simple to use that even if you
just learned how to turn on a computer you could use it.
Create A Product. Complete!
Ok great you have a killer product. Simple right? You can see how
owning your own product where you get 100% of the profits would be
worth the few weeks it takes to put together right?
Do you think it'd be a good idea to do this the first chance you got?
If we stopped the RIGHT here... just based on what I just showed you...
you've probably already gotten more value than you get from even paid
courses, yes?
But we're just getting started! Wait until you see what I'm about to
show you now...
So you have your product. GREAT! It's certainly not enough to just
have a product. though You have to sell that product right? You have to
get customers right? So how do you do that?
Well, now I am going to show you to get 100 plus new customers in the
next 30 days. I am going to do that by showing you

how to set up an automated sales machine that will work 24/7 on your
behalf selling your product for you. To do that we will first need to
set up a funnel and then re direct traffic to that funnel.
Let me show you what I mean
First What Is A Funnel?
A funnel is a series of web pages that lead your prospect through the
buying process. Why do we call it a funnel? Because it is literally
just that.
So if we stick maybe 100 people in at the top and they go through the
funnel and what comes out the other side is a sale or we could just say
money.
Setting up this system is like that your own personal sales person
working for you that never gets tired and never needs any sleep. He
will work for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week selling your products.
So here is how you set it up. (and you can do all of this really easy
in kajabi.)
Step One: Create A Landing Page
You will want to create a landing to capture peoples information. A
Landing page is simple it has a headline, some bullet points and it
gives something away for free in exchange for someones information.
You can literally create one of these in less than 5 minutes using
Kajabi. The less you put on this page the better. You want just enough
to create curiosity. Less is more with landing pages.
In fact let me show you how quickly you can set this up.... (show quick

I think any sane person can see how just creating a landing page and
building a list of loyal subscribers who know like and trust you alone
would make you a nice long term income wouldn't you agree?
So if are not building a list of loyal subscribers when do you think
would be a good time to start?
Step Two: Create A Sales Page
Next you will want to construct a page to sell your customers. We call
this a sales page
We don't have time to go into all the details of how to construct a
good sales page right now but to get an Idea of what a good sales page
looks like go to clickbank and search for products that are simliar
to what you are selling. Go through and read the top three pages from
top to bottom. Or if it's a video watch the whole video a couple of
times.
That should give you a really great place to start. If after that you

That's It. Do those two simple steps and you have yourself a sales
funnel. Now to get customers all you have to do is start getting
traffic.
Now that you know how to build a funnel, when are you going to start
using it?

There are millions and millions of people searching everyday for the
solution that you have just created for them. They are searching all
over the Internet to find that one thing that if they had they would
sleep like a baby.

We do that with google image ads.. Why image ads because they are very
targeted and very inexpensive. Plus there is hardly any competition

Now everything I have shared with you is just examples. I can't promise
your numbers will be exactly the same. They might be higher. They might

What I can tell you these are the results that I got and I got them
from using exactly what I am teaching you.
And As I already told you I am far from being a genius, I couldn't
even stay awake in math class, I got a 930 on my S.A.Ts and instead of
going to college I worked at Ruby Tuesdays serving tables. So needless
to say I had no money.
In fact the only thing I really had going for me was a willingness to
take action and as well all know nothing happens without action.
Something You Could Do Right Now...
So I promised to share a short cut with you something that you could
apply tonight and then go to bed and when you wake up have made some
money.
Now this is a decent way to make a quick few bucks but I am hesitant to
share this with you because I do not want you to rely on this one
strategy. It is far more valuable to create your own products, collect
100% of the profits, build a brand, have people who follow your etc...
It's more sustainable over a longer period of time and a whole lot less
work.
That's all I am going to say about that you have been warned.
The only reason I even came up with this strategy was because I got an
email from someone who was desperate we will call him Joe.
In the email he went on about how he couldn't find a job for the life
of him, how his wife had left him with 3 kids, he lost his home and he
had moved in with him mom at 40 years old. It went on and got worse if
you can imagine but I will spare you the depressing details..
My heart really broke for this guy but my first thought was there is
nothing I can do so I just closed out t he email and went on with my
day. Later that night at probably 2am I am lying in my bed wide awake.
I can not get Joe and his situation out of my mind.
So I open up the lap top and start thinking of what I could possibly
show him with no money to invest that he could make a little bit of
money quickly so he could at least get some food... I came up with and
sent him this strategy
So instead of creating a product goto clickbank and click promote
products and sign up. Once you have your login details log in and
search for a product that you want to promote. (Tip find something with
a gravity over 150)
Once you find the product you want to promote click the green promote
button, put in your user name and copy the link that looks like this
if you don't have a twitter account goto twitter and create one.
Next goto search.twitter/ and do a search for people talking
about that product.
For example: "I want to lose weight" (in quotes)
Next take your affiliate link that you copied and paste in this box at
bit.ly then click copy again
Than click reply and send them a message with you affiliate link like
this Hey I saw your post about how you were looking to lose weight,
this is by for the most useful resource I found "your affiliate link"
So like I said not your best option, it tedious, not sustainable and
will most likely piss a lot of people off but it will work if you are
really desperate and you send out enough messages. You will probably
need to send out about 100 or so messages to get a sale.
If you are not desperate and can wait 30 days before you start making
money than don't waste your time with this. Start immediately on the
first strategy I shared with you tonight.
So the last thing that I want to share with you before we wrap up
tonight is two MAJOIR pitfalls that you really want to watch out for.
The reason I am sharing these is because falling into these set me back
3 years and I don't want that to happen to you.
Pitfall Number One: Overcomplicating A Simple System
You see when our minds take something that's working and try to make it
more complicated than it is we end up with overwhelm...
This is how most people are trying to run their business. Well this is
why most people get burnt out long before they ever even see success.
It's overwhelming
So the first pit fall to avoid is over complicating the process.
Pitfall Number Two: Tim The Tool Man Syndrome
AKA Do It Yourself Syndrome
Remember that guy from the T.V. show home improvement "Tim The Tool
Man" who always wanted to do everything himself but would end up
messing it up royally well that's pretty much true in real life too.
There are somethings that you do really well and some things that you
do poorly.
It's just how it is and the quicker you realize what it is that you are
not good the better off you are.
I personally fell deep into this hole My stupid arrogant ego cost me 3
years of living a pretty damn good life.
I thought I am a pretty smart guy can figure this out all of my own. I
don't need the advice of anyone and boy was I wrong. It took me almost
losing everything I have to learn this valuable lesson. I mean by
Infiniti got repossessed, my home almost went into foreclose I was days
away from living in the streets.
So I beg you please don't make that same mistake find a mentor, someone
who has done what you are looking to do and listen to their advice. If
you really take that on you can turn what took me 3 years into 3
months. Seriously!!!
Take what I shared with you today, keep it simple, and find a mentor!
That's is everything you need to begin creating a pretty freakin
awesome lifestyle...
There are problems with everything we did here today.
I want to talk about these problems in the last few minutes we have
together. To those of you who said MAYBE.
Maybe there' something here. Maybe there's a way to really make a six
figure online with your own business. Maybe it's really not that
difficult. Maybe you can have it set up in less than 30 days"
